Aweful experience from.edsa SM basement today this afternoon -purchased two meels and both came with stone cold chips and cold mash potato– truly aweful waste of money and I will never use or recommend such appalling food outlet. Clearly kentucky dont care about the quality of food only just getting money the fastest way possible.

    • Yes some of them do work hard to please the customers but some have that funky attitude and also no fault of the employees but my account balance shouldn’t show up on my receipt for others to see can u fix that problem it’s a clear case of exposing my suppose to b private information and I have issues with that what’s in my account is my business and no body else’s …..Thanks

I bought a family meal it was raw,i called plantcity store asked for manager told him it was raw he said bring my reciept and my meal be replaced i did bring my reciept back in and after waiting twenty min for manager to talk to me him and a female emplyee disrespected me first then wouldnt replace my order ?????

  4. I went to kfc today and for the 3rd time your chicken pot pies are way overcooked dry on the inside and crust way over cooked. I called store and complained. Don’t know if I’ll ever go back. Some of your chicken pieces are nothing but batter and bones. The last time I bought a big bucket very greasy IM disappointed.

  5. I( am the manager of a large medical group in Raleigh, NC. We needed lunch for the office today because we are trying to make up for the snow days we missed and we have no time for lunch breaks while seeing patients. I started calling at 10:30 trying to get some good comfort food for lunch. It was a large order I was making for about 20 people. My order was $141.51. I called the KFC store which was one block from us and another that was 1 mile and neither store was willing to help me. I called the store #J120095, on Capital blvd. and without hesitation they were willing to help me. I picked up my order at 12:15 and they were very friendly and even helped take it to my car. I did’t have to wait and they even gave me plates and condiments. I think this store needs some kind of pat on the back for this!! The other stores that would not help me need a lesson on customer satisfaction. Thank you again to the Capital Blvd. Store. J120095.

  6. I called in to Kfc today around 5:30 and pre-ordered some livers. I then drove to Kfc 8 mInutes later and sent my son in to pick them up. He remained in the restaurant for 20 mInutes and returned to my car with no livers. I then sent him back in the restaurant and asked him to tell the front counter cashier what his order was which he did, but stIll remained in the restaurant another 25 mInutes before he returned with my order which looked like they counted the Liver and placed 15 in a box, swimming in grease! I’m very displeased with this visit and will not be returning to this KFC until all those kids are replaced with someone who knows how to take, fill and serve orders to guests properly!!

  7. I visited the kfc 6227 little river turnpike Alexandria Va.when I was cheated out of my biscuits and when I tried calling store I was hung up on repeatedly and then phone was not being answered. #NOT HAPPY.

  8. What happen to my chicken? I have loved kfi chicken for over 4o years.
    I pass the i4 to 5 times weekly. I could smell the wonderful aroma of the chicken
    a few blocks away and I would be enticed to stop in.
    But lately I can no longer smell that wonderful smell?
    And the chicken no longer tastes good but no longer looks as good.
    The last order I placed yesterday. The $20.00 meal deal.
    The chicken was dark,greasy, small and the bones on the breast were very fragile and broke
    up very easily. I have never had this happen before?
    We ate 2 pieces. Today I brought back the balance and was given a whole new order.
    But these pieces were onky slightly better than the previous order?
    Also each time I went to the kfi store. The store was empty?
    Normally at 5pm the place would be crowded.
    So I don’t know what’s going on here? is it because you are using a new cooking method?
    Or is it goverment regs that have made you make changes to your cooking procedures?

  9. I believe surveys are a valuable tool in communicating the rate of customer satisfaction with management, both on the local level and corporate. I use and rely heavily on customer surveys both in my business and personal life. Recently, I have been patronizing our local TB/KFC. More so than in the past due to some recent changes in my schedule and have been using the customer satisfaction surveys, but as of 2/6/16, the website will not take my information. At a time when I had a minor problem to report, the website will not accept my input. It is a minor problem here at the local level, but appears to be a major situation at the top. (????????????????)

I go to KFC located at 1306 Mooresville, NC alot but here lately as last week i order a Senor grilled chicken breast meal, they replied we have no grill chicken breast, I drove off as I only eat grill chicken, so today again their machine is broken and this is not the first time I have been told this. Why don’t they get it fixed? As previous I said I will go some where else to eat. This is happening much too often as I usually go there everyday at lunch to eat. I am hooked up to a dialysis machine and I don’t have time to go to the other one downtown. I hope you will take care of this problem soon as if not them i will go somewhere else to eat. This has happen so many times, maybe I should go to a burger joint but i would rather have chicken.

  13. I am fan of kfc the chicken use to be golden brown crispy and not to greasy now the skin is greyish in color soft and extremely greasy I’ve noticed the taste has change slightly I do not visit kfc as often because of this to bad. Thank you

  14. KFC on I-65 and US 24 Remington, IN. I would not encourage any one going to that KFC. The buffet was dirty the noodles were dried up and there was a film on the gravies and the top of the potatoes had a crust on them. I was in the restaurant business for over 20 years and I was certainly disappointed. I talked to the manager and suggested they clean the front of the buffet counter and put some broth in the noodles and stir the food occasionally to keep it fresh looking. However the KFC on I 65 and Us 114 at Rensselaer is just the opposite. Every time we have been there it has looked fresh and clean.

  21. my wife ordered our dinner from KFC in Rifle Colorado,when she got it home there were some missing items missing from our order, she then called KfC to let them know about it and she said that it was the manger (Michelle) who put the order together, and when she spoke on the phone with her she told my wife that it was the young man working with her that put it together and that it was a mistake, my wife told me about the missing items and that she was rude to her on the phone, so I called to tell her (michelle) about the items that were missing and she got mad over the phone and then she hung up on me,,,,,,,just what kind of customer service is this? we have always been very satisfied with the service that is provided but this is one manager( and she did say she was the manager) that needs some much needed customer services class of some kind before dealing with people that are pleased with the services they have received over years from your KFC in Rifle Colorado,she needs to be reprimanded in some way for being so rude to people, and also to keep your reparation as one of the best KFC’s anywhere around. the date of this action was on April 9-2016 at 4:15 pm

  24. I just completed a survey where I rated Store # 1851, very low for bad quality of the Original Recipe Chicken which was very dry and over cooked. I had no choice but to eat it since I went through drive and didn’t see my meal until I arrived home. The items other items of my meal were very good and tasty. Also, I ordered green beans but once I reached the window to pay I was told they didn’t have any green beans ready, so they gave me replacement baked bean which were very tasty and additional soda. The young man who took my order “Ahmed” was very courteous, friendly and seem to take pride in his work. He made it a pleasant trip through the drive through. I only wish my mean had been a lot better. R Gomez

  27. I was wondering why the employees don’t wear gloves while filling your order? This is at the Greenville Ohio KFC. Isn’t it the law that they must. I ordered the fill up bucket where two different people filled the order. One had just hopped off the register, and we all know how dirty money is. If it isn’t the law then it would be good customer service to have employees wear gloves when handling any food.

  32. We were just @ KFC @ 132 N. Redwood RD Salt Lake City, UT. our chicken was soggy, out biscuits were doughy, our corn was old & dry. it iwas the worst food I have ever had. When we called them they just laid the phone on the counter & wouldn’t talk to us. this is very poor service. I will never go back to this place again!!!!!!!!!!

  34. I took family to my KFC and told them about the complimentary pinto beans, corn bread and greens. We get there and there are 8 beans in bottom of the pot. A hand full of greens but several pcs of cornbread. The time was 5:21 and I asked about the beans and the lady says no more beans for the night I asked could we have baked beans instead. She never answered. Our food was delivered I asked again. No answer. Then a lady came out and says yes you can but you have to pay for the. I said ok do you have catsup. She brought us some but it was so sticky that I had to tak it to the bathroom and wash it off. I’ve always had great experiences here but not tonight.
    I want be back there for a while. I really felt bad because my family was excited.

  35. was not allowed to order all original when ordering the dark meat special, they made me order 5 original and 5 x-tra crispy, even though i explained i am a type one diabetic and cant eat extra crispy. this is the third time this happened to me at the Shirley, NY location. I would have paid more but they said i could only have 5 original, No where on the sign does it say there is a limit.. I had to pull the skin off five of them. I am not going KFC anymore.. I thought you where allowed to order what ever you wanted.

  40. for some reson k.f.c.outlets are not serving hot drinks.having visited k.f.c.in glastonbury a while back and today at shaftsbury.dorset only offered fizzy drinks.orange etc.one reason hot water machine was out of order.today was we are not serving tea or coffee.col.anders would not be very happy.perhaps not enough profit in hot drinks.when commented on this situation first time k.f.c. did not bother to reply.bye the way went to subway with hot drinks.

  41. I had a horrible experience at store C975045 in Bartlesville Oklahoma last night at 7:32 pm on 8-19-17. Ticket #1135. The reason I am not filling out the satisfaction survey is because that part of my ticket was soaked in either grease or the cole slaw that dumped all over in my sack and the ink has disappeared. Part of my order was incorrect, I had asked for no wings and we had agreed on thighs (I had wings once I looked at home) and 4 paid for Apple pies were not even included. I drove back across town to make this right after calling to tell them what was wrong with the order. Up to this point i was aggravated i had to go back to the store but would have been happy to just have it corrected. Once at the microphone I once again listed all the things wrong with my order. There were 2 cars ahead of me at this point–plenty of time to put pies in to cook. When I got to the window the clerk gave me all new chicken with thighs, new biscuits, and 2 new slaws. I would have been satisfied with only the thighs, 1 slaw and my 4 Apple pies I had previously paid for but not received, but I appreciated her gesture. I ask her if the apple pies were in the sack. She said “you want those too?” I said “Yes, I paid for them and didn’t get them”. She rolled her eyes at me. She left, came back and said “my manager said it will take 5 minutes to make them.” I said that was fine, I’d wait. SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME AGAIN! She left and then came back asking me to pull up. After the eye rolling I was not willing to go anywhere. I told her no. Another employee (saying she used to be a manger)came and spoke to me curtly insisting I move forward. I refused. After a period of time the girl came back with 3 apple pies and said that was all they had “Will you just take these and leave?” I couldn’t believe my ears. I refused as I had paid for 4 Apple pies. This whole experience from leaving my home to get the food till I got home the second time took 1 hour and 40 minutes. Mistakes happen, I am retired and a very happy easy going person. I would not be unhappy were it not for the constant eyerolling, the rude second employee who came to the window and told me to move and showed her disgust with me when i refused and of course being asked to accept 3 pies when I paid for 4. And since i have written all this out here is one more thing i wouldnt have complained about had things gone more smoothly. Please tell your employees calling customers “hon” or “honey” is inappropriate and unprofessional. The girl i dealt with the most kept referring to me in that manner until she got frustrated with me. Never once did anyone say they were sorry, or apologize verbally for my inconvenience.
